The TCA Governing Council is excited to announce our 68th annual conference:  November 13- 16, 2025 at the Embassy Suites: Cool Springs

Theme: Empower Within, Advocate Beyond

The Tennessee Counseling Association Conference is a time for learning, connection, and rejuvenation. This year’s theme, Empower Within, Advocate Beyond, speaks to both the heart and the mission of the counseling profession. As counselors, we hold space for others every day and this conference is our space to reconnect with our purpose, care for ourselves, and sharpen our tools to better serve those who need us.

This theme highlights two vital pillars of our work: the personal resilience and wellness we cultivate within ourselves, and the advocacy we bring to our communities, schools, clinics, and beyond. Whether you are a school counselor, clinical mental health counselor, rehabilitation counselor, or counselor educator, this conference will equip you with relevant skills, inspiring insight, and a renewed sense of direction.

Come to Cool Springs to be in community with your fellow counselors. Reconnect with longtime colleagues, meet new collaborators, and join us as we explore how to strengthen our profession from the inside out. Together, we’ll empower ourselves and one another, so we can keep showing up, speaking up, and creating real change where it matters most.

More information about the conference schedule and call for the program proposals will be coming soon!
