We are excited to announce the Call for Presentation Proposals for the 69th Annual Tennessee Counseling Association (TCA) Conference, happening virtually November 19th- 21st, 2026.

This year’s theme, “Counselors Connecting Across Distance,” recognizes the vital work counselors do in creating meaningful connections across distance while caring for themselves and advocating for the well-being of others. We invite engaging, thoughtful, and skill-building presentations that speak to this dual mission; whether focused on clinical practice, school counseling, counselor education, supervision, advocacy, equity, or wellness.

We welcome proposals from:

  • School counselors

  • Mental health professionals

  • Counselor educators

  • Graduate students

  • Advocates and community leaders

Whether you're looking to share research, present a workshop, offer experiential learning, or lead a panel discussion, we encourage you to submit a proposal.

Submission Guidelines:

  • We are accepting proposals for 60-minute educational sessions, 60-minute roundtables, and will have four 3-hour educational sessions (Learning Institutes).

  • Proposals are encouraged but not required to align with this year's conference theme: Counselors Connecting Across Distance

  • Proposals must be submitted online by July 31st, 2026.
